For hygiene and quality reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned. The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
